Jig Auto Cleaning System
An automated cleaning system for Metal Jigs used in the Die Bonding process. Metal Jigs retain contamination from Epoxy degradation and magnetic metal particles, which can affect the quality of the next Bonding operation if recycled without cleaning. Manual cleaning by operators can cause quality variation, inefficiency, and musculoskeletal strain. This equipment automatically removes such contaminants using only DI Water and high-temperature, high-pressure steam, eliminating the need for chemical agents and enabling environmentally friendly Jig reconditioning for reuse.
