Wafer Sorter System
This equipment automatically sorts and packs Wafers. It reads the Wafer ID inside a Jar Box, automatically aligns the Wafers, and loads them into a FOSB or Cassette — while also performing the reverse operation of automatically loading Wafers stored in a FOSB or Cassette into a Jar Box together with auxiliary materials. Both loading directions are implemented within a single automated system.
